Hey, I'm Jen!

Hello & Welcome to Diary of a Dog Mum!

I’m Jen, a 25-year-old dog mum living in West Yorkshire with my wonderful husband and our two fur babies.

By day, I work full-time from home as a Lead Generation & Assistant Strategy Manager at a small but mighty LinkedIn Management agency - a role I’ve been thriving in since I was just 17. It’s where my love for writing blogs first began, and now I get to enjoy it every day with my dogs by my side.

Diary of a Dog Mum is my little corner of the internet where I share the highs and lows of being a dog mum of two. I’ve been mum to Vivienne, our spirited Westie, since I was 16, and more recently welcomed Trixie, our energetic Border Collie, into the family not long after our wedding in December 2023.​

On this blog, you’ll find a mix of lifestyle content, news, handy tips, product reviews, and plenty of advice - all shared from the perspective of someone who loves creating a happy, healthy, and joyous life for her girls. I’m by no means an expert, just a fellow dog mum navigating the wonderful (and sometimes chaotic) world of pet parenting.
